New trends in soft ice cream offerings include specific decoration with colorful decor gels. Our offer includes a range of such products: banana, kiwi, strawberry, forest fruit, orange, blueberry, bright yellow pineapple, and dark red Amarena cherry.

Universal milk base - 100 Universal milk; 50 Smoothies – premium fruit and Neutrino texture and volume enhancer (5-7g/1L mix).

The toppings in our offer are formulated to have a distinctive and rounded taste, easy to apply, persistently remain on the surface of ice cream or dessert, made without artificial additives, and fruit flavors contain at least 35% fruit pieces: STRAWBERRY with pieces; RASPBERRY with pieces; FOREST FRUIT with pieces; ORANGE with pieces; CHERRY with pieces; MALAGA with grape pieces; PINEAPPLE with fruit pieces; Bourbon vanilla with vanilla beans; CARAMEL CHOCOLATE.

Smoothies ice creams are a new generation of premium fruit ice creams. Expressive full and rounded taste, free of icy freshness, emphasized creamy structure and specific Smoothies – smooth texture. Fat and protein free – Non dairy, without added colors, aromas, acids. You choose, crush the fruit and thus get the desired taste. Suitable for all ages, diabetics as well.

At the request of our customers, we have included a specialized base for making ice cream with yogurt flavor. A specific recipe that includes powdered yogurt along with other balanced ingredients allows the production of ice cream with a creamy structure and characteristic yogurt flavor. Special emphasis is placed on creating a specific and desirable sensory profile that does not have a pronounced sour taste but forms a recognizable and refreshing taste. Ideal for combining with fruit toppings and toppings FOR SOFT ICE CREAM: prepared from 2.5L of yogurt, 200ml of water and 1kg of frozen yogurt base FOR GELATO ICE CREAM: prepared from 2.5L of yogurt and 1kg of frozen yogurt base – cold process.
